So I was super excited to watch this movie last night. Previews looked bad ass. Plus I pretty much love anything that Tarantino is involved in. Quite frankly, I just didn't get it. Some really cool scenes, cool visuals and the violence was quite neat-o. It just really didn't come together for me in the end. Maybe I needed to be under the influence of something other than a greasy In-N-Out burger and the large plate of veggies I ate to combat said burger. Maybe I'll watch it again some time and it will all make sense.

Hmm .... is it like those Japanese movies that don't make sense just because of the culture barrier or was it just plain weird?!
I think both. Or maybe neither. I'm still confused. Maybe I'll really have to watch it again in a new state of mind and let you know.
Tarantino is the shit, no doubt, I've never heard of this movie though, btw it does make me think of Old Boy, you should check it out, it will mind fuck you in the end.. Believe Me.
I didn't get the point of the movie either! Who knows if it really even had one! You will have to watch it again by yourself, because I refuse to sit through that again. REFUSE!!!!!!
